About Kindbridge Care
Bridging the gap between hospital and home with compassionate, technology-enabled care

Our Mission
Kindbridge Care Ltd delivers outcome-focused homecare, live-in care, supported living and complex clinical support that helps people stay out of hospital, remain in their own homes and live the lives they choose.
Our role is to "bridge the gap" between hospital and home by working closely with NHS teams, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and local authorities to design safe, sustainable community packages. Every package is built around what matters most to the person and their family, not just the tasks that need to be done.
Our Approach
We believe in care that's built on strong values and genuine partnership
Outcome-Focused
We focus on what each person wants to achieve in their life, setting clear personal goals beyond just filling care hours
Partnership Working
We work in partnership with families, NHS teams, ICBs and local authorities for aligned, joined-up care
Person-Centred
Care plans are strengths-based, focusing on abilities and aspirations rather than limitations
Technology-Enabled, Person-Centred Care
Kindbridge uses a fully digital care management system for electronic care plans, risk assessments, medication records and visit logs, giving real-time oversight of every package.
Electronic call monitoring (ECM) and GPS-enabled time tracking ensure visits are delivered as planned and provide clear evidence for families, commissioners and regulators.
Digital systems enhance safety, reliability and communication, while keeping human relationships at the centre of care.

Our Commitment to Quality and Compliance
As a CQC-regulated provider of Personal Care (PC) and Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI), we support adults, older people and children with physical health needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and complex care needs across England.
CQC Fundamental Standards
Our quality framework aligns with CQC Fundamental Standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2008
Robust Governance
Internal audits, mock inspections, safeguarding reviews, incident analysis and digital performance monitoring drive continuous improvement
Safe Recruitment and Training
Staff are recruited safely, trained to national standards and supported with supervision, refresher training and digital competency tracking
Privacy, Accessibility and Website Safety
