Our Care Services
Comprehensive, person-centred care and support delivered with compassion and expertise across England

HomeCare
Our visiting homecare service helps people stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know best: home. Visits are flexible and built around real daily needs, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, welfare checks, and companionship. Support can be arranged from a few hours a week to multiple visits each day.
Every visit is recorded digitally, giving families and professionals clear visibility and helping us spot changes in health, mood, or circumstances early, so we can respond faster and keep care proactive, not reactive.
24-hour Live-in Care
When support is needed day and night, our 24 hour live in care offers a reassuring alternative to residential care or extended hospital stays. A carefully matched live in carer, supported by a nursing led team where required, lives in the home and provides consistent support with personal care, agreed clinical tasks, household routines, and night time reassurance.
Each package is co designed with the person, their family, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring care feels personal, dignified, and safe while protecting independence and quality of life.

Supported Living and TDDI Pathways
Kindbridge provides supported living where individuals hold their own tenancies while receiving tailored help to live confidently and independently. Support may include personal care, medication, budgeting, cooking, community access, education or employment support, and building everyday decision making skills.
For people on Transforming Care or TDDI pathways, we work closely with ICBs, local authorities, housing partners, and specialist health teams to build safe, community based placements that reduce restrictive environments, prevent unnecessary admissions, and support long term stability.
Complex Nursing-Led and Rehabilitation Support
As a TDDI registered provider, Kindbridge delivers complex, nursing led care at home, including delegated clinical tasks and structured rehabilitation programmes aligned with NHS clinician plans. Our digital clinical records, structured risk management, and regular reviews ensure complex packages remain safe, effective, and fully aligned with commissioning requirements.

Respite and Step-up/Step-down Care
We provide short term respite care that gives families and unpaid carers time to rest and recover, without compromising continuity or safety. We also offer step up and step down support around hospital admissions or changing needs, helping stabilise situations, prevent crisis, and sustain community placements with the right care at the right time.
